View information from your Poggio workspace in Slack by installing our Slack app via the button below. A Poggio workspace admin must complete the app setup process.
You can interact with Poggio by connecting a channel to a company in your workspace via slash command and then using additional slash commands or the assistant to ask questions about the company.
Access to slash commands and assistant is limited to users who have corresponding accounts in Poggio.
We support the following slash commands:
/poggio info
- Get information about the account linked to this channel.
/poggio ask [query]
- Ask Poggio about an account.
/poggio link [domain]
- Link the account with the matching domain to this channel.
/poggio unlink
- Unlink the account with the matching domain from this channel.
Navigate to the channel that you'd like to link.
Run /poggio link [domain]
to link the channel to a Poggio company.
Run /poggio ask [query]
to ask questions about the company.
To chat with the assisant, ensure the assistant pane is open next to a channel that is linked to a company. You can interact with it as if it were Poggio chat by asking complex questions, for example:
Summarize what you know about relevant industry trends from various public sources for this company. Create a list of companies that have leveraged this product category to good effect, below each company add a bullet and provide a summary of the benefits and ROI.
The assistant will use information available to Poggio to construct a response.
Once the Slack app is installed, you can enable the Poggio assistant shortcut via the App agents & assistants section in Preferences -> Navigation. Once shortcut is enabled, you will see the Poggio icon in the top right of Slack and can click on it to open a chat window.
To enable the shortcut for all Slack workspace users, a workspace admin can follow Slack's instructions here.
