Poggio users build account plans and collaborate in workspaces. The workspace contains a task library, page templates, companies, and custom configuration and content. No user data is shared across workspaces — the Poggio workspace is a hard data boundary within our multi-tenant platform.
Users may be members of multiple workspaces, and can switch the workspace they are currently viewing from the settings page.
All you need to provide to Poggio is the domain name of the company you want to know more about. For each company you add, we'll research and analyze data and files from a wide range of sources to streamline your prospecting, meeting prep, and more.
Each company has a set of editable pages. Users can add a blank page to a company, or add a page based on a Page Template. Pages contain a mix of traditional editable content, and AI-generated content. AI-generated content is shaped by special Task blocks, which describe specific information and synthesis to be done by Poggio on your behalf.
Tasks are specific pieces of work that Poggio can take off of your plate. Each task combines external data sources with custom instructions tailored to your sales process. For example, a task might find corporate objectives that roll up to your buyer persona, then rank them based on relevance to your offering, and explain the ranking. Or uncover stakeholder contact information to give you a jump-start on mapping and breaking into your prospect.
Poggio runs tasks in parallel to maximize time savings. A set of battle tested tasks come out of the box with each Poggio workspace. But best of all, Poggio makes it very easy to remix these or create new ones from scratch based on known buying triggers, top competitors, and more. Your organization decides what information you want every rep to have at their fingertips, and Poggio does the rest.
Page Templates contain a mix of static page content (headlines, paragraphs, lists, links, callouts, and so on,) and Task blocks. When a page is created from a template, Poggio expands the template content into the page, and then immediately begins working to fill in the information required for each Task. Page Templates can be marked "Default", meaning that any new companies created will get a page created from that template. The order of the templates in the default list defines the tab order in the company page list. In both the template list and the tab row, just drag to reorder as needed!
You can chat with Poggio about any topic related to a company. Poggio can help you dig into specific company details, help you with talk tracks, or serve as a thought partner in your account planning process.
