You can add a new account to your Poggio workspace at any time. Just click Add company in the bottom-left of your window, and then type in the name of the account. Poggio will automatically start researching the account.
You can chat with Poggio about any topic related to a company. Poggio can help you dig into specific company details, help you with talk tracks, or serve as a thought partner in your account planning process.
From a company page, click Chat in the top right to get started. Then, click on a suggested prompt, or use the chat input to ask any question that's on your mind.
Poggio conducts account research by using Tasks, which are components of an account plan like Competitive dynamics and Business performance.
Poggio comes with a number of built-in tasks to help build your account strategy, and every task is tailored to your company's specific positioning. You can also create new tasks to reflect the specific insights you'd like to see.
To create a new task, head to the sidebar menu and click on Tasks. Then select Create.
Give your task a name and a description, then press Next. Poggio will use your description to create more detailed instructions for your task. You can edit these to better reflect your goal for the task, or leave them as-is.
Then, click Next to show an example output of your new task. Click Create to save your task for use in your Poggio workspace.
Templates are collections of tasks that you can apply to any company in Poggio. Poggio includes default templates, and you can customize Poggio by editing these templates or creating your own.
To create a new template, go to the sidebar menu and select Templates, then click Create. From a new template page, you can add tasks and other content to your template by typing '/'.
